First Responder Skills
HLTAID009 Provide CPR is a nationally recognised course that teaches participants the essential skills required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations. The training covers adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and how to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies. HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education & Care Setting equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to respond to emergencies involving infants, children, and adults within education and childcare environments. This nationally recognised course covers CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis management, treating injuries and illnesses, and responding effectively to a range of first aid situations.
